We had a very bad experience this weekend. I booked this hotel because it was cheap, so I didn’t expect perfection. However, we did book a suite hoping for the best possible outcome. The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke incredibly bad and was very run down. We asked for a new room and they put us in another suite a couple doors down. Disgusting room filled with cockroaches! I can't believe this sort of thing is legal in America. Isn't there some sort of health department for hotels? I should have read the reviews. Edit in response to owner's comment: there are FOUR other reviews claiming roaches as well. Gross
Once and never again Hallways smelled like humidity and cigarettes Rooms smelled humid Bed sheets were all wet/damp It was 2am when i got back to the hotel and was too tired to go back downstairs to complain about the bed sheets. So I had to remove them to atleast get some sleep When i checked out I mention it to the front desk. All they had to say was thanks for letting them know. Seems like they weren’t surprised. Trust me, don't stay here if cleanliness is important to you. The photos on the website are highly deceiving. Not only was our room dingy and dirty, the common areas are also pretty gross. The lobby furniture is stained and highly uninviting. The pool and jacuzzi are out of order. Sounds like that's been the case for a long time according to other reviews.
