The bed was hard as a rock, there were many weird stains on the pillow cases and the tub. The pillows were extremely flimsy and flat and there were many patch holes in the wall. In the lobby there was a bucket on the floor because there was a leak in the ceiling and the water pressure was terrible

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and in these 5 days they did not clean the room single day.Requested to clean the room multiple times but it didn't happened Sent multiple followup emails to the manager no feedback I never ever seen a hotel like this in my life.Worst and poor service

This is one of the dirtiest hotels he have ever went to . The front desk / owner didn’t want to give us another clean room or refund our money . And would check us out after we said we wanted to leave.

I have been trying to contact the hotel manager via both email and phone regarding a refund. My brother paid for a month in advance but passed away there on 6/23/2026 in room 214. I was told by staff that he should get a refund for the remainder of the month and to contact the manager. The manager will not return my emails and has yet to call me back. I am getting no resolution from the ticket I opened with Sonesta (owns the chain). These hotels are part of a franchise, so if you have issues it will be hit or miss. May the o... read more
