Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here on June 13 and checked out on June 14. I accidentally left an expensive cologne in the bathroom that was a gift and had both monetary and sentimental value. I called the hotel multiple times the same day and received no response. My friend stayed here for a week and had a disappointing experience overall. They were quoted different prices on multiple occasions and ended up paying in two separate installments, which created unnecessary confusion. Customer service was lacking throughout the stay. Requests for an extra pillow were denied because staff stated they do not provide them. Obtaining fresh towels was consistently difficult, and my friend ended up taking out their own trash daily. Do not rent a room here! They have literal cockroaches and public hair on the sheets! When I demanded a refund and reported the issue they acted like they couldn't speak English at the front desk. Said they couldn't refund me my money. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere! Then they double charged me for the room and wouldn't refund even the double charge. I contacted the corporate chain, reported them to the BBB and also reported the fraud to my bank!!!! The hallways reek of cigarettes and weed also! Do NOT rent from this... read more
