My boyfriend has stayed at many motels and this is by far THE WORST one. DIRTY &BAD SERVICE. Front desk service was bad. I called and she told me they would charge me full price of the room if I don’t show up within 30 min after I make the reservation and give the room to someone else. There is no pool. It’s all dry. It was a nicely updated room, quiet, and they allow pets with a $10 fee per each.
I should have listened to the old reviews before booking this for a family thing. Horrible service. Horrible rooms. There is NO pool even though there are photos of a pool. The room photos look nothing like the rooms. The wifi is horrible and does not connect from the 3rd room from the office. Will NOT ever stay here again. Had to borrow a broom to sweep after the manager claimed it was just cleaned.
