The hotel is well located and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable, and we slept well. However, the air-conditioning units should be replaced because they do not cool the rooms properly and are extremely noisy. The door locks are also stiff and difficult to open. In addition, only one key is provided per room, which is inconvenient when several people are staying together. Overall, we had a good stay, but these issues need improvement.
This is a great stay for families. When we travel south from Canada, Lake George is our usual mid-point and this is our favourite stay along the way. The covered, heated pool, basketball, ping-pong, and a play park are perfect for everyone after hours on the road. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Easily walkable to the center of Lake George too. Would definitely recommend!!
