Something out of the Twilight Zone. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. The indoor/outdoor swimming pool was awesome. But woke up at 4am covered in hundreds of bed bug bites on torso & thighs in room 105. Upon complaining to the hotel staff, all they could offer was a free night stay (after denying they have bed bugs at all & telling us they were mosquito bites, wtf), which served us no purpose because we were just passing through for a night. The name of the place is not accurate. The people that checked us in were rude and not helpful. The room was suposed to be non-smoking but smelled very bad of smoke. The pictures on the web site may be the new rooms but the one that they stuck us with was very old and not clean.

I really wish I could give this hotel a better rating. We loved the room--it's one of the nicest we've ever had, at any chain. Spacious, with a sitting-area for our night-owl, and very quiet. Comfortable bed. The air-conditioner had been mended with masking tape, but it worked quite well and was reasonably quiet.
