My m9m and I had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton. The hotel is older, but our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. My highest rating goes to the room attendant Paul. He went far above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He took note that my mom is elderly and assisted me in loading all of our luggage and pups when we left. I would give 10 stars just for him!!!
🪳🤢 GROSS!!! Had we not been evacuating for a hurricane and nowhere else to go, I would have turned right around and left. First of all, I booked online and it felt shady. No confirmation email or text...i tried calling the next day to confirm because we were driving 3 hours to get there. No one was answering the phone. So I called the corporate number, they didn't find any reservations with my name or number attached!!
