I'd give a 10 if I could. From the welcoming and clean landscaping to the clean lobby, we felt comfortable. The Manager was so friendly and beyond helpful with an unrelated issue. I noticed she gave each guest her undivided attention. The maintenance man also was friendly and greeted us every time we crossed paths. This is one of the very few hotels that actually had a working handicap lift at the pool--an example of the Managers attention to detail. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy.
