My spouse and myself stayed in the Budget 10 motel in Santa Rosa, N. M. . We got LOCKED in our room, and there was no saftey lock ,was broken. sSpouse had to crawl out of the window to get the door unlocked from the outside and in the process he fell to the sidewalk , skinned his elbow and his back has hurt ever since. We do not recconmend this motel even tho price was very reasonable, Manager would have given us another room , but the floor was heaved up and I could hardly get the door open to see the room. This is the worst motel I have stayed at. I probably should have walked straight out, but I cleaned the room when I entered it because I couldn't bear to touch anything. The room was covered in a thick layer of dust and grime, the shower had hairs all over it. The room stunk of urine. As the night wore on, groups of young men wandered around drunk- I left at 9pm to find somewhere safer.
