Very very basic hotel with cheap rooms. They're a bit outdated but clean and front desk was super friendly.
Obviously, the architecture and decor are dated, but the building and rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is helpful. They are in the budget category, and prices reflect that. Our weekend stay was just fine. We slept comfortably, and appreciated their central location between Sandpoint and Ponderay. Breakfast was pretty spartan, but when the Wife and I travel, we tend to explore local breakfast options, instead. We'd certainly stay here again on a couples getaway...
Liz- what a saint! She went above and beyond to fix my booking when I screwed it up. The rooms were cleaner than any other hotel I've stayed in and I am a professional house cleaner so that says a lot. I am beyond impressed with the customer service, cleanliness and price. This is place may have old reviews that are negative, the staff was not always as amazing as Liz! Definitely give this place a shot. Great central location too
Absolutely loved it. My extended stay was relaxing. Really accommodating.
The room, hotel and staff was nice but I was there on a Thursday night and starting about 10:00 at night till the the morning. The train ran about every hour blowing the horn. Woke me up every time.
