Inhospitable, incompetent management.Disastrously poor customer service. Booked with Sonesta Travel Pass points and the hotel intentionally switched the booking to a paid room at $210 per night and claimed they had never seen anyone use points for a room night before. Rude front desk and general manager told me I would have to deal with Sonesta to get it changed.
