This is the worst hotel I've personally ever stayed at. its right on a highway and they charge you to park in their private lot. Just another way to get money for an already overpriced hotel. I agree with other reviewers that they offer you no support if you've booked through a third party. Don't waste your money! You'll be sorry.

I've stayed here several times and had such a bad experience that I won't be coming back. I had previously booked my room through hotels.com and the last two times called and booked directly. This last visit I was quoted $70 when I booked a room three weeks in advance. When I checked out, they charged me $149.00 and that was the standard room rate for a single queen size bed. I'd give a 10 if I could. From the welcoming and clean landscaping to the clean lobby, we felt comfortable. The Manager was so friendly and beyond helpful with an unrelated issue. I noticed she gave each guest her undivided attention. The maintenance man also was friendly and greeted us every time we crossed paths. This is one of the very few hotels that actually had a working handicap lift at the pool--an example of the Managers attention to detail. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Would Never recommend this place to anyone. Place was dirty, maid did not leave towels, didn't even take the dirty ones. Carpet not vacuumed. Carpet was so dirty my sock were so dirty OMG. When I complained to the desk about the towels... he said did you request clean ones.. what? The maid should have replaced the dirty ones. Breakfast was ice cold, no coffee, forks, when complained to the guy at desk all he could say was I don't know. Los cuartos muy mal distribuido ,pero están limpios la piscina sin agua hace más de 6 meses la alfombra de los pasillos dan asco lo de sucia que están,no lo recomiendo es una pena porque tiene muy buena localización

Staff is wonderful. Very friendly. It's an older hotel, but still a very good place to stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet here and I felt very comfortable and safe. Good location. Close to several restaurants and shopping.

The hotel itself was decent but my catalytic converter was stollen off my truck the second night of my stay. I filled a report with the police as well as well as hotel and left it with the manager but never heard from them. After two months I made several calls and was finally put in touch with someone only to find out that my report and claim with the hotel was never submitted or looked at.
