This hotel discriminates against disabled guests by assigning them to rooms that are not accessible (despite notice of an accessibility need), and then refuses to issue a refund when they cannot provide a room that can be reached by wheelchair, and meets the size of the party. The man who runs the hotel lacks customer service skills and makes it clear that he doesnt have to make it right. I think guests with disabilities should know this property is not accommodating.
