Very hard to sleep at night: curtains do not close all the way so the light of the halls seep in. No free breakfast; just bananas, apples and maybe some muffins. Bathroom rails were rusty so when I hanged my towels to dry the towels got rusty as well. STINGY w shampoo. Staff was very friendly. You're able to walk to the store for food/drinks. Good wifi reception. Lots of channels to watch if you just want to stay inside. Not good if you have more than two kids: space is VERY VERY TIGHT. Found someone else's hair in the showe... read more

Clean, friendly staff, good area. Right next to the sheriffs office, and CLEAN. For the price, you cannot beat this. Close to all the nice beaches, all of Tampa metro areas, dining. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, and service for the price, I have to admit. Good experience and will be returning.
Our family has consistently enjoyed our stays at your establishment. The location and surrounding area are exceptional, and the children always find the pool to be a source of great entertainment. We consistently find the premises to be clean, and the staff is unfailingly helpful.
