I have used this location many times as my daughter plays travel ball and it seems like we are always playing in Gallatin/Mt.Juliet area. We chose this hotel for the price and location. We have always had a clean room and great customer service. Love the on site laundry room and indoor pool area.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in. There was no PLASMA tv in my room as the other reviews said..dont know where they stayed. The outside of the motel is very nice, so obviously they spent their "renovation" money on the outside. The room I had was very shabbily decorated..had old pink print wall paper in the bathroom...it was horrible, should have stayed in the car instead, probably would have gotten more sleep! Also asked for non-smoking room and the room smelled like a wet ashtray. The toilet kept ... read more

our family suggested this place while visiting. great value for the price. we would stay here again when we come back. great rooms and right of the interstate grea plus.
Well i was aprox. 8 months pregnant when we stayed here. Me my husband and my father and NOBODY got any sleep! The beds were hard as rocks! The floor was probally more comfortable. Service was nice the bathroom was funky as well. Sorry but never again. We thought it would be a good deal and had to stay for 3 nights we already paid and NO REFUNDS!!!!! not reccomended
love th hot breakfast, indoor pool, and fitness center, lobby was was cozy and nice. rooms had plasam tvs in it , very clean rooms very impress would recommend this hotel ... to my friends and family

rooms was nice and service was great I liked it .. very Impress . good breakfast, indoor pool was closed for renovations :( but, guest laundry was very good.Thanks Cindy
One of the best hotels Ive stayed in and definitely the cheapest!Great things about Best Value Inn:4.) The Location. I was traveling from the Carolinas to the Midwest and it is RIGHT off the Interstate. It is also surrounded by restaurants and gas stations. 3.) The Breakfast Bar. I loved their Breakfast Bar. They had waffles, muffins, juice, coffee, sausages, biscuits, cereal. I had VERY tasty waffles for free.
