I think that this place is very excellent in service:) other people need to stop hating cause its a big deal to run a hotel service id like for ya haters that are below Karan to stop hatin cause i dont see ya runnin no hotels. Give it up to them they work hard:)
the place is one of the best motels in Del Rio TX i would like to again very soon. they are very nice and they give good deals though the pool is empty currently but they are making it better so people will have a better time than they will add water again. right

For the price per night I didnt mind the stay but they could improve on a few things...1. the beds are a little hard and my sheets were stained2. the bathtub was dirty and the shower curtain had mildew on it3. the pool was empty in March 4. the towels were small and stainedThe manager was very polite (but a little hard to understand when calling to make a reservation). I asked for extra towels and they got them to me right away. You got what you paid for I suppose. It was recently renovated and would do for a one night stay.

To start with the day my husband booked to room we were not given a confirmation number. The lady taking the reservation said that it was not necessary? We had given our Credit card number and told them when we would arrive and check out over the phone. When we arrived the man at the counter told us we only book for 3 days not 4 and we would have to move rooms on the last day of our visit. The next day I ... read more
