Our experience with the hotel is that it has always been clean and quiet, and employees have always been friendly and helpful. It is a nice hotel if your looking for a casual night away. We would suggest bringing your own pillows, the pillows in the room are very uncomfortable, and the beds are pretty hard, not comfortable for my husband with back problems at all. New mattresses and pillows would make a world of difference!
When we booked the room, we booked 2 rooms with a king bed with spa bath for 59.00. When we got there the said the listing was wrong so they down graded us to queen beds with spa bath and charged us 63.99 plus tax. The we get in the room and one of the spa baths down work. Couldnt sleep all night because the pillows were lumpy and they would not exchange them for different ones. They put my daughter in a different room and said they would only charge her 44.00 for the room because the spa bath dint work in her room. well I g... read more
