Customer service was amazing! The lobby did not smell like cigarette smoke. There was no bed bugs or springs coming out of the bed. The king size bed was actually very comfortable! The full size refrigerator and freezer worked phenomenal and didn’t have a bad smell. The shower was clean and the water pressure was great and I actually loved that the towels weren’t the typical white, but a tan with brown stripes and they smelt good and were clean. Great service and the room was super clean and comfortable. A lot of room aswell
If you are looking for an inexpensive and conveniently located hotel. This is your place. We spent 2 nights here in July and the room was pleasantly cool and clean. I was concerned about noise from the highway but it wasn't a problem. Tom was very friendly and helpful. Our stop in Vernal was unexpected die to car trouble ands he helped us with logistics The room had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer.
