Extremely disappointed with them and will no longer work with them. We have always worked with them and recommended to a lot of family members. Robie Chapa and David Chapa provide zero customer service. Throughout the process of purchasing a home on October both of them since they are brothers had a MESS with my paper work. They would ask for the same paystub 10 times a day and would always mix up the dates. Ex office assistants talked about how bad and toxic their environment was. Wasted my sons time. Causing him loss of more or less 5 thousand dollars. Always unprofessional, little communication, and mixed up paperwork. Extremely disappointed and will no longer recommend them.
Larry, Ashli and Mari Villarreal, our real estate agent, have went out of their way to help us! They never faltered with communication and had great attitudes the entire time, even with a few hiccups on our side. We had previously went to two lenders for our loans and had trouble with both but our current team had our backs and did it when they couldn't!
