The rooms was dirty, the pool is dirty, cant have no food and beverages at the pool area. Its in a good location to all restaurants and convenience stores. Our room.had some roaches in it. Somebody left a dirty wash cloth with make up on it folded up in the rack. Tub was dirty. My pillow had the same kind of make up on it as the nasty wash cloth. So, evidentally some of the pillow cases were not changed. The staff is friendly.
My experience at Americans best was better than I expected from a distance. The facility does appear to be aged, but has been kept up very well. The staff has always been extremely kind as I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel while working in the area I feel like the pricing is adjusted for the age of the facility again the facility is in great condition for its age and the staff are really what makes my stay at Americans best the rooms are always clean.
