First of all this business needs to be shut down and should not be called America's Best Inn, this is one of America's worst Inns I've ever been to. Don't let the name fool you. We booked this hotel 2 months ago for Valentines day weekend because we got a fantastic deal on orbitz. When we arrived we liked the location of the place but checking in was such a hassle. The night staff was terrible from the moment we tried to check in. The two girls working at the front desk didn't know what they were doing. They gave us a key to a room that was already taken. We asked for non-smoking rooms they gave us smoking rooms. When we complained to management in the morning his response was "then why did you stay here?" extremly rude. We will never stay there ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
