Testing went well. Initial selection was not a good fit. At our first check-up, switched to a different set of hearing aids. Those worked perfectly. I forget that they are even in my ears. We're continuing the fine-tuning process, and I am very happy with my decision to go to America's Best Hearing and working with Eva.
America's Best Hearing provides great customer. Eve is caring & compassionate to make sure they can provide the best hearing aids to suit the needs of the customer.
I went to America's Best Hearing in Eden Prairie because I thought my hearing was no long being corrected by my hearing aids. The hearing specialist discovered that I had the wrong size plugs that fit into my ears. The previous ones were continually falling out. She also gave me a hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids to compensate for the new results. I am amazed at how well I can hear now!
I stopped in-unexpected-to America’s Best Hearing to get a part needed for my hearing aide. Eve went over and above to meet my need, she serviced and repaired on the spot!
