Eve has repaired my hearing aids several times. She is good at it. I have been considering new hearing aids She has been extremely patient with me in my slow decision making I’d like to buy them from her Just need to afford them
Terrible....terrible...terrible experience at the Eden Prairie location! The audiologist, Eve Boaheng was fine, but her staff was very incompetent. They told me my hearing aids would be in store a week after my hearing test. I secured financing and sent them the approval letter and even called to ensure that they received it. They said that they received it and that I was all set for my fitting the following week, and they do this all the time. I cut my visit to see my granddaughter short so I could come back for my fitting.... read more
I had my appointment with Eve today to get my new hearing aids, and again I have to repeat how professional, kind, and knowledgeable she has been. I’m all fixed up and ready to go. All I kept saying was ’oh my’! I’m so glad she helped me. Ray Olson
