I had bought my Phonak L-90 hearing aids through my insurance Co. The assessment was done by an on-line visit and hearing test. When I had difficulty getting an in person visit, I was referred to America's Best Hearing. A local company, that Phonak suggested. My problems were resolved in one visit. I am satisfied. I stopped in at America's Best Hearing in Portage, Michigan on 15May2026 as one hearing aid was not working. The receptionist was efficient, professional, and friendly. She quickly took my hearing aid to be fixed. Within a few minutes my hearing aid was fixed and returned to me at no charge. I am very happy with Amelia and her team. I highly recommend this office.
