Always available for a quick help with my concerns
America’s Best Hearing was very helpful to me and have quality hearing aids. I very much appreciate the free six month checkups to clean and add new updates to my hearing aids. Kind and knowledgeable staff.
I stopped by without an appointment, expecting to simply leave my hearing aid for repair, and was offered an opportunity to wait while someone looked at it. I was told they had a small window of time prior to the next patient, but if I had time, they would do what they could. I was pleasantly surprised. They found something minor and fixed the issue within minutes. Then they asked if my other hearing aid was working as it should. I left happy!! Customer service, such as this, will always make a difference.
Amelia is great and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend buying your hearing aids here!
