Eve is great to work with on my hearing aid issues. These are complicated instruments and her expertise is needed from time to time. Carmen the receptionist is also knowledgeable and learning more all the time.
Eve is great to work with! I joined my older father at two appointments. He was hoping to find out that he could quickly order replacements for his old hearing aids, and at the same time, hear better into the future. Eve wanted to be sure he would get an accurate and current assessment to base his decision on. She took the time to clean his ear wax so prior to the test, run the test, and compare them to previous results. I've recently purchased a new set of Phonak Audeo Sphere Infino hearing aids from America's Best Hearing on W 66th St in Edina. Eve Boaheng is my Hearing Healthcare Provider there. Eve did an outstanding job in testing my hearing and answering my questions regarding my 6 year old pair of Phonak hearing aids. It turned out that I could have spent $1,000 to install new batteries that would hold a charge longer. For the 1K Phonak would have also upgraded the aids to operate better.
