Great customer support! Professional
Chelsea no longer works here. I now find service at this site exausting at best. I had to make three calls to them each with a promise of a call back, never happened. My one year with my hearing aid waranty is up now. I was told to go elsewhere to get service for my hearing aids, even for a phonac 5 YEAR WARRANTY repair. i purchased the Phonac slim 70's for almost $5000 from Americas Best in Edina.. Americas Best is who I paid the $5000 to, and they will not even send them into Phonac for 5 year warranty repair.They turned o... read more

Chelsea was welcoming, easy to understand, and gave clear instructions on the use of the hearing aids for Susan, and when she left, their office location quickly went downhill. Getting someone helpful on the phone became nearly impossible, and there was no service after the purchase, which was nearly $5,000. Once we relocated, our service became non-existent, and borderline hostile.
