We arrived before midnight and they attended us through a secondary window without any kindness. We had to look for the room ourselves because there were no instructions from the staff. Upon arriving at the room the cleaning was horrible as if no one passed there for years everything had dust the sanitary bathroom with blood stains, the smell of the sheets was strong. Room had an odor to it and was not the cleanest (should have left then). Pool and hot tub was filthy, had cloudy water and what appeared to be a wipe floating in the hot tub. Unfortunately left with an unwanted souvenir, BED BUGS. Called to report and was told manager was on vacation and could not get a refund!!! DON"T STAY THERE!!!
