Americas Best has very poor customer service. They ordered a new window for me under warranty in May of 2025. The original was installed in 2020 with a 5 year labor warranty from them. Eric indicated it was fully covered. This went on for 7 months and then would not return any calls starting in January. Reached out to mfg and ordered a new window under warranty. Had to have it installed on my own at my cost in April 2026. I do not recommend Americas Best.
America' s Best has been a nightmare. They replaced my roof in September and since then I continue to experience leaking. I have contacted them numerous times and my emails/texts go unanswered. Meanwhile a newly remodeled room with new furniture now has water damage. Avoid this company at all costs.
Rain dripping INSIDE a bathroom window is never good news to a homeowner. But Erin and America's best came out to unfreeze our ice dam and get things right again! Super easy and friendly. If you find yourself with an indoor waterfall courtesy of an ice dam, they're your best bet!
Mike and Erin were great to work with as we navigated ice damming that caused water to leak in through a window. They were thorough in explaining what to expect. They kept in communication throughout scheduling an estimate and the work. They made the whole experience smooth and seamless.
