Appointment was at 10:20, got here thirty minutes early. It's now almost noon and I've been waiting to see the tele-doctor. Pretty ridiculous to be waiting two hours for a virtual consult; why is there only one set up? Feel bad for the office girls stuck with frustrated customers when it has nothing to do with their side of the business.
My husband, Tracy needed new glasses. He was referred to AB by our brother in law, John Tolliver. Stacy was superb in her knowledge and helpfulness in helping him choose his eyewear. Everyone at the Middletown location was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service!!!
Lottie was so helpful. She gave me honest opinions and was so patient when I was debating!
