I’ve been going here for two years. My first experience was amazing with Dr Jim, he was the first eye doctor to figure out what was going wrong with my eyes and I finally got the right eye glasses prescription. At the time I believe I paid around 90 dollars for the exam and both frames. Over the past year my vision had gotten a little worse, so I figured I was due for an updated prescription. The staff, I would give 5 stars. However, the quality of my glasses and contacts are bad. I’ve had my glasses for 8 months, and they’re so scratched up. I’ve never had glasses get scratched up like this, and I’ve been wearing glasses for 35+yrs. Contacts feel cheap as well. They’re constantly falling off my finger as I’m putting them in, and the other day, I couldn’t get one out. I scratched my eye trying to get it out. Appointment was at 10:20, got here thirty minutes early. It's now almost noon and I've been waiting to see the tele-doctor. Pretty ridiculous to be waiting two hours for a virtual consult; why is there only one set up? Feel bad for the office girls stuck with frustrated customers when it has nothing to do with their side of the business.
