Was in and out in less than 45 minutes for my first appointment. The staff is very personable while remaining professional. I wemt back to have an old pair repaired and my current pair refitted and it took all of 10 minutes!

Made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. The day prior when calling for confirmation I was told it is a virtual appointment. This was never noted when I booked the appointment, so I was left with no time or options to schedule else where and kept the appointment. My appointment time was 10:30am. We arrived at 10:15am and no one greeted myself or the clients who walked in right before or after us.
