This was my first time being there. Amazing and friendly staff. Will definitely come again!
This location is a joke, apart from the a few decent associates, the management is ridiculous. I picked up my glasses and told the assistant manager about the issues, it did not seem to be the right prescription, the size was wrong and the transition i paid for is wrong. I was told to wait a couple days and see. Like what!!!! had to make more of a fuss to get a follow-up, not a re-exam. Worst lenses ever. Of course with everything becoming the cheapest version, these scratch resistant lenses are far from. I've had my new pair for 2 weeks and they are covered in scratches. I had my previous pair for 2 years, look better than my 2 week old pair. Find a better quality lense than what is sold here.
Didn't rush the exam..asked more questions and just did a lot more than they did at the hospital...really thankful for that
