If I could give them a zero I would. None of the people were professional. The system was always down. I have emailed corporate several times and still cannot get my prescription sent to me. I called again today and spoke to Ariel. All she will tell me is I can call or speak with corporate. They never answer. I would never recommend them or use them for anything. Please save yourself the time and aggravation.
Most wonderful optometry place in ever went to. I mean that too! No nonsense and great people! Quick too!
I love this location, always super inviting and amazing staff there (Pami and Nijala are spectacular. They always find me great stylish frame to buy and very informative of the selection they have, 6 stars rate
So nice. Had the glasses I wanted. When I ordered was told October 2nd they should be ready. Came in on the 29th. Overall pleased.
Absolutely horrible experience. Waited in West Columbia lication last week for 3 hrs to be seen by remote Dr. Had my exam for contacts and was told by Dr that she would need to see me back in order to check the lens fit. Im back today and have been waiting almost an hr for Dr to come online for my fit check. Have been told on both visits that they have only 3 Doctors to serve 9 locations. I would just walk out but I need my prescription in which the Dr has not released yet for the staff to be able to print for me.
