Excellent customer service. My etes were examined at my medical provider’s optician. I took my prescription to America’s Best and i purchased 2 pairs of glasses for $89.99.I am very pleased with the glasses.
They repaired my bent frames expertly with no charge! They will be first on my list of where to go for my next pair of glasses. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Nice!
Every single person that I came in contact with whether it was the initial phone call to make an appointment, all the way through to picking up my glasses, had incredible customer service skills and was very friendly. I hardly waited for anything at all as they move people through their system quickly. I highly recommend Lakewood America’s Best because they truly are the best.
After a bad experience with the substandard frames, staff reached out and made my bad experience tolerable. Kudos to the staff. Product...... you get what you pay for!
