Just pick up my glasses got there lady at the front desk was not nice but not rude she ask me to seat at specific place then another female who works there long hair tall skinny came out of no where ask me to move in a very rude way the one working with me try to tell her something but she was still very rude, I will not do business with this place again I'm even want a refund I feel so disrespected with this human behavior.
I LOVE coming to Americas Best in Lakewood. They are always so friendly and super welcoming. Amika and Rowena are amazing. They are super sweet and always go above and beyond to help their customers. I myself work in customer service and commend them and the entire team for their hard work and dedication to their customers.
Great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated Rowena's knowledge and dry British humor. I will definitely return to this location even though I live in Tacoma because of my exceptional experience.
We thank Rowana for her outstanding help. She went Beyond to asist me in my necesity. Américas Best is my favorite store for Eye glasses and service.
