Horrible don’t listen then wanna charge you more
Step son was getting contacts and dropped it while trying them on and it had to be replaced. The replacement was either defective or totally the wrong prescription. Instead of admitting that it could be defective or wrong they did an adjustment for that eye and ended up doubling his prescription in that eye even though he kept saying his glasses prescription was fine.
