Came in for an adjustment and nose pad replacement. Thank goodness I ran into Hime. He was ABSOLUTELY incredible. I have ran a business for the past 40 years and I must say you are so lucky to have an employee like this. I had a great experience! The wait time was minimal with my appointment. Hime took his time with me and actually made it fun to pick out new glasses. My first time with bifocals. Hime explained everything so clearly, I was no longer nervous about giving up my contacts for glasses. He listened to my preferences and treated me like I was young and my appearance mattered, as well as comfort. Since getting older, I don’t often get treated like I did when I was much younger.
