Went to get the nose pads on my glasses switched out, they were super sweet and quick! No charge either!
The wait was pretty long but the doctor is awesome! Scheduled my appointment for a day I didn’t have any plans so I didn’t mind the wait, Michelle helped me picked out glasses I went with the 159.95 deal and I’m on social security so I couldn’t spend as much as I would have like to, but she explained all the options definitely will be coming back next year to see the doctor again ! Gaby was amazing very kind really like this location in hemet now that I don’t have to travel to menifee
the whole experience absolutely terrible especially cuz been here for over 2.5 hours. first and last time im visiting this place.
Wouldn't recommend this place , everyone is rude. Also do not buy any frames from here they are cheap and don't last long. Expect to wait over an hour.
I cannot tell you how bad the supervisor here is, I was being helped by a Michelle and I could not believe the aggressiveness and the disrespect this young lady displayed. It was a complete lack of professionalism and I feel sorry for her store , it is clear she’s a bad leader and has done this to others. This lady had the audacity to tell me I should be lucky to be given the opportunity to purchase my glasses here because of their so called deal.
