Received numerous texts and calls to confirm appointment. I finally stated that I have already confirmed and why do you keep calling and texting me? Very poor front office management. After all calls and texts I was canceled 15 minutes before my appointment. Glasses were completely wrong prescription and had to return for another visit. And yes more of the same . Numerous calls and texts to confirm. This was the Hemet location and I'll return to the Moreno valley location where I have never had an issue.

Late on a Saturday got our appointment taken care of. Decent selection of glasses with pretty good discounts when using their promos. Sheyla was our contact with purchase and she was very informative during the purchase portion.
