How does an online appointment system allow you to be overbooked? It’s 2025, we are in the literal future with all kinds of technological advances and some how yall over book leaving me, a customer who booked a week in advance ass out of my appointment. I made an appointment for a reason not to wait around while the doctor goes to lunch. I took a day off work to get this done for my son before he left for spring break and yall did me so dirty. I will not be coming back and I Will actively tell people not to come here.
This place may sometimes have a long wait BUT regardless of the wait the thoroughness of the doctor there and AMAZING staff makes it understandable if you dont want a thorough examination and just want in and out then go somewhere else, where they dont care about your actual health and want to make a quick dollar off you. Its not fair to too see all these negative comments about the wait when like i said the doctor is amazing and thorough and the staff is very helpful and kind and you cant beat their prices ive been a loyal ... read more
my husband came in Saturday with our son . He’s 7 years old imagine waiting 4 hours because you are in need of glasses especially now we have new insurance That long and my son was just beyond done it was late so we left and scheduled an appointment All for us to come back Wednesday morning at 9:30 because the kind ladies in the front said it’s WAY FASTER .. after reading reviews on this place I should have known.. anyways that’s our experience
I highly recommend not to go to this place second time they've canceled our appointment we had to drive down there to find out they don't call you there a bunch of idiots do not use this place plus I do not trust them
