First impression, not impressed. I didn't have a warm greeting by receptionist, there's not much of a frame selection and the place smelled horribly of dog. When I came in a week later to return my pair of glasses because it wasn't quite right, a female optician was told by the receptionist that I needed to return glasses. She looked rather irritated by this. I mentioned the store stunk of dog. She only said there had been no dogs there. Every one of her fingernails were dirty. Not professional. Walked in store (newly remodeled, roomy and inviting), and were met with hello and Heather went into action. Getting me registered, checking insurance and multi tasking like a pro. Picked out frames, given complete details of options and add ons. Pricing and warranty were completely and totally explained. Walked out in 30 minutes a happy customer. Best glasses purchase experience I ever had. Thank you, Heather and America’sBest.

I LOVED IT THERE! They were all friendly and kind, my experience was pleasant, my glasses came in quickly. I highly recommend. Thank you Heather and Dr. Wheeler! Excellent service. BTW...initial visit was virtual, it was great also! The eye dr was kind and explained the process, the tech was great. I got glasses and contacts and there is a huge selection of frames.
