Did a great job, friendly and helpful. Can see a lot better now. Definitely recommend trying this place out if your in need of an exam and glasses. Good knowledgeable staff, quality, and experience.
Insurance change, this one recommended. My first (and last) time at America's Best.This was an annual checkup.The dr asked me for my glasses; I said I don't wear glasses or contacts. He was writing & continued with more questions about my glasses; I repeated I do not wear glasses, not a good listener. He did his test with the multiple lenses, told me I urgently need cataract surgery. After repeating that statement I asked how soon is "urgent" -1 to 3 yrs, hmmm. *EDIT UPDATED* So my glasses ended up coming in earlier than expected, 1 week from my exam and i was really pleased with the results of how my glasses turned out and the speed in which they came in. Still don't have contacts but i did receive an email that the trials have been shipped. I never had a problem with staff they were all friendly and helpful so I'm bumping up a couple stars. Wonderful experience from start to finish!
I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and compassionate while helping my dad during his eye exam, getting new glasses and fixing his current ones while waiting for the new ones. The doctor took the time to work with him and was very patient, which meant a lot to our family. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my parents were comfortable and taken care of.
