Prices are way too high.
My wife brought my glasses in after I had a minor accident, and was greeted with a smile. She was served immediately and had my eyeglasses fixed without a fuss. I’m a disabled vet and my glasses were fixed for free! Thank you! She didn’t have to buy anything and they didn’t try to sell her anything. It was a beautiful way to start the day. We will be back for our next eye exam. Great service is everything, so I will stick with this company to care for me and my family.🦋
I heard of this place but always went elsewhere. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk. I then was brought over to Leslie by one of the two ladies at front desk. She was extremely helpful and knew about my insurance. She was able to pull it up on her computer. Every time I went somewhere else they’d never line anything about my NY Teachers UFT plan. This branch sucks. Called and made an appointment and when I arrived they said I didn't have an appointment and couldn't be seen today. Front desk receptionist and "manager" were both totally unempathic and could use a lesson in what customer service actually means.
Very good eye exam & friendly staff. Competitive prices and large selection of sun & eye glasses.
