Yesterday my husband and I went in for our eye exams. Front desk staff were very nice and attentive. The lady doing our pre exam was nice but was unable to answer why there was a different charge for glasses exam and contact exam. I did let her know I DID want both. She told me it’s the same exam just billed differently. When asked why, she was unable to answer and told me to ask the doctor. Avoid this place, it's awful! I had my eye appt in mid April, the eye Dr and Donna were very nice. However, my prescription changed slightly and really didn't need to. I really just went in wanting progressives, my nearsightedness should not have changed. Regardless, they made my lens in the wrong prescription, twice, and didn't even check before I came in to pick the pairs up! Instead I tried to wear my glasses and I've something didn't feel right.
