Absolutely love this location - no long wait, tech was efficient, the doc was totally amazing and optician was friendly. I can see ;)
Exam was perfect..selecting frames and lenses the technician couldn't be bothered providing any information or guidance had to switch to assistant manager.. 10 days later glasses finally Ready..get there to pick up 1 pair missing. No courtesy call to even say order not ready.. would not recommend based on our experience .. no customer service..only excuses..sent email from 1st appointment not even a reply.. not a good experience
When I first visited this place, I chose it for its convenience. Initially, I was impressed by the friendly Eye Doctor (female) and the helpful Hispanic GM/Supervisor who assisted with the fittings. I brought my son and daughter in for eye exams, and the doctor recommended that my daughter see a specialist because she had trouble finding her exact prescription. I ordered glasses for my son, but when they arrived, I noticed that the lenses were loose and could easily be pushed out with a gentle touch. I returned to the store ... read more
This store is great! I walked inside last minute hoping that they could fix my glasses. Paul was amazing! He fixed them in 2 minutes. Everyone was very friendly.
