If you want to waste an hour of your time everytime come here! I have come here twice to buy contacts, been in the office waiting for 30+ minutes and not even greeted. 3 People coming in late for their appointments and still not offered to just buy 1 box of contacts that would take 1 minute.why would you have a front desk that can’t sell thing
Our entire family had eye appointments on January 31. During that visit, we scheduled a contact lens training appointment for my daughter two weeks later on a Saturday. We were first called and told the appointment had to be rescheduled because they didn’t have enough staff. It was moved to the following Saturday. On Thursday, someone called to confirm and mentioned they would be short staffed but that they would still be able to get us in and out and check on us.
