Had a great experience at the Ann Arbor location (Maple Rd) making the appointment was super easy, no wait time when I went in for my exam, and ordering my new contacts was very quick and efficient. I received my order within 2 days and was pleasantly surprised I had them that soon. I definitely would recommend this location.
Absolutely love this location and the people that work here are so amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, they really went above and beyond for my son and I to get our glasses. After dealing with the opposite type of people at a different company we were very happy to be able to get our eyes checked and we were in and out super quick! Can’t wait to go pick up our glasses! I was able to get in and out very quickly. Steph and Jenny answered my questions, were very efficient, and I highly recommend Americas Best on Maple road, Ann Arbor
Scheduled and appointment to be seen by a doctor, for them to call and tell me they only have remote options available and pushed my appointment back 20 minutes. Then we waited for an hour to be seen by the doctor with no communication. Frames have been picked out for 45 minutes. Americas best just continues to go downhill.
