It will be a month tomorrow since the first visit to purchase glasses for my daughter and she still does not have them. Incompetent staff running this business. There is no wonder the place was empty both times we have been in there. I second the last review. You have been warned.
Recently, I got new glasses and I had a little trouble determining which ones suited me the best. But Kat helped me out and now I can’t wait for my new glasses to come in! Thank you!!!
Switch from another America's Best to this location. Was treated well but didn't resolve the issue and then the quality of service went downhill to the point where the staff was getting rude answering the phone and thought this is just like the Novi location.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Eye appointment was very quick, I did not catch the persons name that initially did my check up but she was great, Dr. Mystery was very courteous and professional, and Steph (hope I caught the name right!) was very informative and helpful in selecting frames. Overall was very happy with everything, and no one made fun of my horrible vision!
