Well - I was expecting, what I thought was a very basic service. Order one set of glasses for near\reading and one for driving. And, when I got the expected text that the glasses were in - all I was expecting was my simple order fulfilled. Imagine surprise #1 - two sets of near/reading and NO for driving! They said they would rectify and let me as soon as glasses were in. Got a text a few days later and went down to pick them up! Imagine my surprise when the glasses were same as near\reading. What? Had a great experience at the Ann Arbor location (Maple Rd) making the appointment was super easy, no wait time when I went in for my exam, and ordering my new contacts was very quick and efficient. I received my order within 2 days and was pleasantly surprised I had them that soon. I definitely would recommend this location.
Absolutely love this location and the people that work here are so amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, they really went above and beyond for my son and I to get our glasses. After dealing with the opposite type of people at a different company we were very happy to be able to get our eyes checked and we were in and out super quick! Can’t wait to go pick up our glasses!
