I had a fantastic experience at America’s Best Optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to accommodate me, even getting me in for a same-day appointment. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and they have a huge selection of glasses and contact lenses to choose from. After one hour appointment while being helped a new customer walks in and the sales girl starts helping the new customer and left me hanging. I asked for help and still waiting while she helps new customer. The sales girl needs training for customer service. I walked out without glasses of course. Customer service zero !!!!
I choose to ignore other ratings because they tend to have a bad experience because of situations that can be out of their or the locations control. But after visiting this location twice in a few months I had a great experience. The first visit was to check in but the second was to actually to get my prescription. The staff was very friendly and nice to take me without a appointment. They exceeded my expectations compared to other optometrist I been to.
