The staff was amazing. They're friendly and very helpful. They took care of me in less than an hour. I got my glasses in less than 2 weeks. I was very happy with the whole experience.
Ray who works (barely) is so apathetic and rude. and all i can say is lazy. He definitely should not try to be costumer service cause he’s worthless. NO THANKS I’ll go somewhere else. I guess you get what you pay for. I hope they go out of business because they’re terrible. Ray!!!!! Monterey Park.
