Eye appointment went well but it’s okay when you call up there and get left on hold for 10 minutes. And then when you call back there’s an attitude like you’re bothering them. I don’t know who’s working the phone on April 28th at 5:30 but they need to work on their attitude. Very unprofessional. Do better.
This place is horrible. Went in for a contact exam and they told me it was $70 before exam. After exam charged $119. They said that was only for glasses. They have my history right in front of them on the computer that shows I've been doing contacts for over 10 years. Way to treat someone who has been using their stores for that long. Shady tactics. On top of that, I have Vision Insurance that they don't accept but i went ahead to do the exam to avoid the inconvenience of going somewhere else. I could've paid a $10 co-pay to... read more
I had such an amazing experience! I’ve always come across America’s Best but never actually made it in—so I’m really glad I finally did. They have so many cute frames, and I even found a pair where you can switch out the frames, which I love. Jasmin was fantastic and made the whole experience even better. The entire staff was great, and everything felt easy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be bringing my family here from now on. I can’t wait to come back next year!
I visited America’s Best on March 16th, and I was extremely disappointed by the experience. I went to do an eye exam, and I brought my own glasses to put the lenses in. After the exam, they told me that the lenses would arrive, so I didn’t need to leave the glasses. So, after an hour later, they called me to come back and leave the glasses since they needed to send it to the lab. But they mentioned to me that they aren’t responsible if it comes back broken, so I let them know that I would rather cancel and just get a refund.... read more
