Kaylyn, Randy, and Nancy all went above and beyond in providing the best eyecare customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding, and this is not a fake review. 7 months ago I purchased a pair of glasses, and 5 months in the left lens popped out of the frame. I took them in and Randy tried his absolute best to tighten the frame. He was able to get the lens to stay, and I continued wearing them for 2 more months before the same lens popped out twice in the same week.
