The receptionist was wonderful there was one when I came to get my exam and a different one when I picked up both ladies were very polite and professional….Anthony was amazing he helped me with my frames he was both professional and knowledgeable… also had a great sense of humor….Dont know if he had anything to do with delivery but I also received my glasses sooner than expected The manger could use some customer service training I found he to be cold and not polite makes you want to not come back to the store
Oh boy, ok nice people but the glasses are cheap plastic that don't seem to fit right no matter how many times I went back to re-adjust them they always go back to its original form not to mention my reading glasses are super strong and give me bad headaches. I'm not returning there for any adjustments or switcharoos 5 times is enough.
They use to be so good. Now it seems like everytime I go there they don't have my contacts in stock and when they order them they can't find my order. This has happened more than once.
A big shout out to Anthony! Thank you thank you thank you for today. I'm experiencing an emergency situation.I was able to get a same day appointment and Anthony assisted and guided me to better opinions even tho I was willing to pay whatever. He evened wished me safe travels. Thanks again for your patience.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I spent an entire day carefully picking out two pairs of glasses. Eddy (or Edward) convinced me to add transitions and thinner lenses for an extra fee, and I agreed. However, when I went to pick them up, neither pair was what I selected. This was especially frustrating since I was leaving for vacation in two weeks. There was barely an apology from the staff. I used my insurance but ultimately decided to cancel the entire transaction.
