EDIT: There was initially an issue with my insurance, however within 12 hours of leaving my original review, the assistant manager Reina called me up with solutions for my problem. Very impressed by the promptness of action and curteosy shown. As for the visit, the doctor was quick, the office was clean. The selection of frames for their 2/$95 dollar deal was a bit tacky and lackluster, but their overall selection had a good variety of options.

My husband and I both went to America’s best in Chesterfield this year. Other than the receptionist, the doctor was seemingly in a hurry to get through my testing and my husband’s. There are no lines waiting for appts. Not to mention the Doctor was a half hour late for my appt. I would think this would be one of the most important parts So that you get the right lens for your glasses. We are both switching to another Office in 2026.
