I had to leave the store empty handed. In the beginning I was extremely excited for my new glasses. The first few ladies I saw and spoke to were very very nice, normal and had good work ethic. By the end of my appointment I felt so creeped out and unsafe by this little girl who just wouldn’t leave me alone when I was picking my frames. She kept standing way to close to me.. And she actually took away my glasses that I picked out to buy! I went to look for them again I couldn’t find them anymore.. She asked me where I worked ... read more
The girls at Americas Best in Pleasant Hill were awesome. I’m not even a member of their services, but I came to see if they could fix my broken glasses. They helped me right away, fixed my glasses perfectly, and didn’t charge me for it. I appreciated their kindness greatly. Thank you!
Friendly staff, great customer service
This place is an absolute disaster. I trusted them with my $160 frame, signed their waiver, and sure enough—they broke it. Accidents happen, but what followed was worse than the breakage itself. The manager, Tina Perry, was outright rude and unprofessional. In the middle of the conversation, she told my wife she “wasn’t a customer.” Who says that to people standing in your store trying to resolve a problem? Completely unacceptable.
