The staff here are just amazing! It’s my first time needing glasses and after going to a previous optometrist that couldn’t get my prescription right and another fiasco with firmoo, I came here after being recommended by a friend. Story time: Had a full eye exam for both my husband I which also we added the extra testing. All great. Dr. Wallace is AMAZING. The issue came with the glasses. I picked a pair of frames wore them for 5 minutes and assigned them for distance. I picked my reading glasses and did the same. When the glasses came back almost 2 weeks later. My husband was happy with his pair and they were progressive. No issues and he has vision insurance. Mine were good at try-on but became super loose over a few days. Went in today to fix my lens and Katherine was the sweetest person in there she helped me was fast and had a good conversation with her she’s a great worker
I had a great experience here! I’ve had contacts for 17 years and had many private doctors but this place was better than most. Everyone was extremely helpful. I had some complicated issues with my prescription - they listened and helped without making me feel crazy or too picky. Truly went above and beyond for my needs.
A 3 or a 4? 3rd time I've used americas best. 2x down in lake forest 1x in Simi valley. Very good experiences in lake forest. The lenses were perfect. I got progressives all three times. My complaint is with the simi experience. The lenses came out very wrong at first. The sales staff was extremely helpful in trying to remedy the problem. They reordered both both pairs.
