Big Shouts to Adrien for always helping me when I come in this is my second time working with her and the service is amazing fast , professional and informative SHE MAKE SURE I KNOW EVERYTHING AND HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED BEFORE I WALK OUT THE DOOR SHES LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON I KEEP COMIMG BACK
Ok! let me start off by saying this service was slow ! it took them 100 years to do everything! my appointment was at 11:30 I didn’t leave out until 1:35 crazy… another thing i’m not sure who the virtual doctor was feeling like I didn’t like the way she spoke to me and about my eyes period.Next thing they did all that just to tell me they didn’t have what I needed in stock. So not only did it take FOREVER and I mean FOREVER i left unsatisfied and unable to see don’t expect to see me again.
Wonderful experience Ashara was helpful, frendly my number one stop for glasses forever. 5 Stars
I had such a great experience! Asharah helped my son. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She fixed his glasses quickly, and we were in and out in no time. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
