Shay was great. She helped me with pricing on new lenses. Unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere because of price (I have a high perscription), but that is not Shay's fault, or any of the other employees. Shay was pleasant, kind, and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to buy. An older woman employee was also there who was actually not very nice to either of the other two ladies that were working, Shay was one of the other two ladies. Wonderful experience at America's Best in Orland Park IL.....Yasmeen was taking care of me, she helped me pick out frames and toppers for my Pair glasses, she was very sweet and took the time to make sure I found the right ones for me. Sara was a huge help figuring out my insurance coverage, she wouldn't quit and because of her i saved over $100 off of my glasses. Dr. Sirhan sets the standard for what a great optometrist should be. She’s sharp, attentive, and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. No visit ever feels rushed, and every concern is met with a clear, thoughtful response. It’s obvious Dr. Sirhan and the entire staff take immense pride in delivering exceptional care.
Dr. Sirhan was extremely detail-oriented during my exam and took the time to thoroughly explain my results and overall eye health. Her team was just as impressive—her sales associates were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect frames, which I absolutely love! I highly recommend this office for both the quality of care and the excellent customer service.
