Absolutely the best customer service. I always have trouble with the thing that blows air in your eye, she distracted me and got it on the first time. She was very knowledgeable, cleaned my glasses, and even gave me a compliment - made me walk out feeling beautiful and like I got the best care ever! Highly recommend.

Pathetic store and staff. I had an appointment and they called to come 45 mins late as they had backlog. When I reached there they said appointment cancelled as I didn’t reach on appointment time. When I told them about the call they did yeah out system is not working. Asked me to go to Westroads store as they have appointment available in 20 mins, reached there and there was no one available to test eyes as technician left. Asked why did the other store sent me here they said it’s not their problem and I should talk to them... read more
