The experience with the doctor was fine, however my appointment was an hour and 20 minutes delayed. They saw people in front of me that had appointment times after mine, complete mess. After I had seen the eye doctor I then had to wait for 20 minutes to even just have them print out my prescription. Very unprofessional, Seems as though they over schedule appointments. Maybe not a staff problem,
Doctor Baker is awesome!! He takes his time to explain everything to me, I was coming in because my vision is getting blurry most times and this was concerning to me, he ran some tests through his team and told me what needs to be done, tried out his suggestions and was amazed at the results. I have tried many other optometrist but I think I have found the one. Thank you Doctor Baker for your care and compassion it means a lot.
I am completely upset with this location! This was my wife’s first time ever need glasses, and her experience picking up her glasses. Was very disappointing! She said the exam process was wonderful and a great experience. Two weeks later my wife came to the office to get her glasses. Her glasses were dirty, she said to the guy at the desk, her glasses were dirty. The guy said to her they come like that! They didn’t give her a cleaning cloth. Not a current patient, but stopped in to see if they would be willing to fix my glasses - my 5 year old bent the frame, and they said no problem and got me out of there with my glasses repaired in under 10 minutes. Great customer service
