This place is quick, efficient, and very friendly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone had a smile on their face and were in great moods! Highly recommend. Prices are very affordable as well.
I thought I had broken my frames, so I went in to rebuy the same frame (which was pricey because I chose coach!). Jennifer Block was nice enough to inform me that she could fix them in store with no charge! They could’ve just taken my money, but she took the time to heat the frames and bend them back to shape! I walked out 5 minutes later with my frames back to normal- and no money lost!
Jenny the manager was so helpful and patient on the phoneas she assisted me with ordering contact lenses. She spent over 20 minutes making sure I got what I wanted. Thank you for your assistance. You have a loyal customer

Jennifer at America’s Best in Hamilton Town Center is an absolute legend. My glasses snapped in half like they were auditioning for a tragedy—total disaster mode activated. She swooped in, fixed them perfectly in like 5 minutes, no charge, no upsell, just pure wizardry and a smile. I walked out seeing 20/20 again instead of buying new frames I can’t afford. Jennifer, if you’re reading this, you’re the hero we don’t deserve. 10/10, ask for her or suffer blurry consequences.
