One star for having available appointments last minute, however if you have VSP insurance beware! When presented with the question “what is the portion of my insurance benefits that will be applied since youre out of network ” they could only repeat “we will apply some just not all” In other words, they’re crooks that only want to give you that answer AFTER services are rendered. My husband had to have glasses replaced Dr took very good care of him redid his exam. Had to wait over 3 weeks to get the glasses back and when called the store 2 different stories on what was taking so long 1st shipped on the way will call 5 business days later he called back and they said not shipped at all and don't know why. Third call finally in but the lady on the phone was so rude it was unreal. Will get the glasses today, but will not be going back. Sad customer service.

Had a great experience at the store itself. But when it came to actually getting my glasses they were terrible. Had to call three times and was told they would be shipped to my house. Another week later they were still not here and I continued to get texts that they were at the store. Called and had to be told they would be shipped again with no apology or concern about the miscommunications. Not sure I will return. By the time I actually get my glasses now it will be over three weeks. So frustrated
