I went In today to the Fenton location up in the Gravois Bluffs Jennifer was the sweetest very very helpful. The young lady that was the tech. She was just super kind very very nice. The doctor was very fun. He reminisced a little about the old TV, but he was super super nice. I had a very good experience. I’ve got my glasses cheaper than I’ve ever bought them before and I’m very pleased with the service. These ladies should be commended. Thank you.
Very good service, I had some issue with my glasses but it was resolved quickly. I liked how the issue was resolved.
Doctor is awesome!! The rest of the staff are miserable! Not one friendly person, all of them moping around like they are bothered to be there. Not a thank you, not a smile. Just miserable people. Very unpleasant experience!
Doctor is nice, but the rest of the staff need to find different jobs. Manchester store is entirely more friendly and helpful. Night and day difference. Drive a little further and save yourself the headache.
