My sale person Audrey was exsalent and very professional, as was everyone else in the store. Thank you all. Have never had such a great experience at any other store. We will be back for my wife and family.
Super visit. Great conversation. No pressure. Audrey was great. Two others helped and did wonderful. Did not get their names. Charles Bruce, O. D. kept things light and interesting with his jokes and knowledge. I walked out knowing my day was better after meeting them. I will be back.
I just wanted to document what outstanding service I received from Audrey at your Gravois Bluffs location in Fenton Missouri. She was extremely detailed and informative. She was also very personable and friendly. I rarely take the time to relate my experience but Audrey is truly exceptional.
I was checking out my glasses, and my daughter was jumping up and down over the owl on the wall. Audrey saw her and gave her her a stick on owl tattoo. So sweet. She didn’t have to do that.
