I would not recommend the optometrist Tanya Kechker to any of my family members or friends. She got the prescription number incorrect and completely messed up the documentation so I couldn’t get the same brand of contact lenses that I’ve been using for the past 10 years. She told me that it’s better if my vision is a bit blurry if I use a computer often. The most medical negligence I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, the exam room she was in had a strong cigarette stench. Avoid this optometrist!
Had a fantastic visit at American Best Optical, thanks to Sonja. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the kind of service that makes you actually enjoy going to the optical shop. Highly recommend requesting her if you go!
They had screening i needed, a Dr. Appt and bought 2 pair of glasses.
I don't care much for going for and eye exam. Visiting this location made it more pleasant . Exam process went smoothly with reassuring staff. The purchase portion of the visit was less intimidating than I had thought. Associate named Logan was extremely kind and helpful and understood the importance of quality while being cost conscience. I hope to use this location and Logan's assistance in the future.
