I don't care much for going for and eye exam. Visiting this location made it more pleasant . Exam process went smoothly with reassuring staff. The purchase portion of the visit was less intimidating than I had thought. Associate named Logan was extremely kind and helpful and understood the importance of quality while being cost conscience. I hope to use this location and Logan's assistance in the future.
Great service! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also, the frame choices are fantastic.Logan was very informative, the ladies at the welcome desk were great and the doctor was very efficient.
Cheap, but low quality product, bad after sales. If you can afford, expend a bit more in a better place.

Just got back from Randhurst, Mount Prospect, IL Americas Best Contacts & glasses location. Dr Kechker game me a great exam and explained everything with so much kindness. She is wonderful! Do not have enough words for the unbelievable customer service I received from Logan. He very patiently and professionally helped me pick out eyeglass frames, explained all the charges thoroughly and even took the time to help me get the most coverage with my vision insurance.
