First time coming to this location, and Optometrist Tanya was AMAZING! She gave me so much information and so friendly as well. The staff was friendly too!
I had a very bad experience with America’s Best. After my eye exam, they gave me a prescription without the doctor’s signature. When I went to buy glasses, I was told I couldn’t use it because it was not signed. I went back to the exam location, but they told me the doctor was not there and that it was a sub doctor who did the exam so no one else could sign my prescription. They told me to call customer support and ask where the doctor is, find the doctor and get it signed. That is just ridiculous! This should not be the ser... read more
I am reposting my recent review as they really did step up to help solve my issue. I want to personally thank Courtney as she was very nice and pleasant and she made sure everything was correct and fit perfectly. I also want to thank Ogi who addressed my issue from start to finish and made sure everything was correct and explained how he can help fix my issues. I will go back to this location and they came through and fixed the issues and were pleasant throughout it all.
When bringing in your own frames that were bought at this location last year to fill a prescription, the handling fee should be waived! It should be at NO charge! There should be a better selection of tint grading on eyeglass tints as well…
I will never go back to this store!!! I paid over 400 for glasses.. scratch resistant and sunglasses magnetic cover… the sunglass magnetic cover was ordered incorrectly so it does not fit. I called and they said they will order the correct cover… then my scratch resistant lenses got a big scratch and they are refusing to replace them and I still don’t have the correct sunglass cover to fit my frames… very rude employee. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know to never go here
