I will never go back to this store!!! I paid over 400 for glasses.. scratch resistant and sunglasses magnetic cover… the sunglass magnetic cover was ordered incorrectly so it does not fit. I called and they said they will order the correct cover… then my scratch resistant lenses got a big scratch and they are refusing to replace them and I still don’t have the correct sunglass cover to fit my frames… very rude employee. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know to never go here
AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE FIRST EXAM ROOM, THE ASSOCIATE TRIED TO UPSELL ME. THIS CONTINUED WHEN I SAW THE DOCTOR. IT TURNS OUT FRAMES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY. NOT A PROBLEM EXCEPT THAT THE PRICES WERE EXCESSIVE.
Great people! The team is knowledgeable and patient. It took me forever to choose the right glasses. The optician was helpful and didn't rush me. The doctor is fantastic! I am going to recommend them to everyone.
I arrived at the appointed time, and they accepted people who came 10 minutes before me, although they were coming after me and I waited for an hour. I was late for another meeting.
Courtney was so kind & informative Yesterday was 1st time visiting this location ( my contact tore at work ) I've been an AB customer for over 20 years & this was my best experience in a long time! Thank you for your help!
