If I could leave zero stars for Crystal, I would. The rest of the staff seemed pleasant and customer service oriented but Crystal was not even slightly interested in anything but her own bad day. Michelle was awesome, smiling and friendly, near the door. Then the glare came from the Assistant Manager... I've never felt so disrespected. The sneer, the fake "How can I help you?". This review has nothing to do with the staff at this location. The staff are amazing and provide amazing service considering what they have available. I think the issue I encountered the day of my appointment is The company's issue and the staff are doing the best they can. Unfortunately I will not be returning back. My appointment today took three and a half hours. There is no in-person doctor at this location it's all remote. Update - I received my glasses today. I am upping my rating to four stars. Arielle, the manager, helped to make sure my new glasses fit perfectly. She did not make me feel rushed, she walked me through my new lenses (progressives). I need to restate, everyone from this location that I have personally dealt with has been WONDERFUL. Corporate needs to fix their stuff so that the store level employees don't get the brunt of stuff. I have not received my glasses yet, but I am leaving a review. I have not received my glasses yet, but I am leaving a review. I went in for the Pair Eyewear - I should have done my research and I didn't, that's on me, my prescription is too strong for them. Erline, my salesperson, was lovely. I was NOT informed prior that it was going to be a virtual visit. I was only informed the day OF. This is NOT acceptable.
