I have not received my glasses yet, but I am leaving a review. I went in for the Pair Eyewear - I should have done my research and I didn't, that's on me, my prescription is too strong for them. Erline, my salesperson, was lovely. I was NOT informed prior that it was going to be a virtual visit. I was only informed the day OF. This is NOT acceptable. Front staff was very accommodating, as I needed to reschedule twice before my initial exam. On the day of, I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in immediately, and was advised of the first step-pretest. Greeted by a tech and went through that. Then a brief wait and onto the doc. Bedside manner was cordial and efficient. I then selected a new pair of glasses and the optometrist was helpful and efficient. The while visit lasted about 35m. It was a pleasant experience. My appt was on a Weds at 3:50p.
