I went there at 1:15pm to get my glasses adjusted and there was only 1 person working. I was told it would be a long wait since she was with a new client. I left!
They were friendly and fast but sadly none of that really matters when you can’t see through your glasses. I got the lenses that were recommended to me (polycarbonate) and asked if I should get any of the coatings and they said no. My new glasses are all glare. Completely useless. I took my prescription and bought glasses online that actually work and they were way cheaper.
Just had reschedule for the second time in a month because at the last minute they didn't have a doctor. I let them reschedule again one more time. If it happens again I will go elsewhere. This is a big inconvenience and they should have someone fill in when the doctor won't be there at the last minute
Great service and the staff was wonderful. Made getting an eye examand glasses a pleasant experience.
Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Been wearing glasses for 40 years and NEVER experienced such an awful product! Got first pair and had to remake under warranty. Thin material, scratches, foggy lenses. 2nd pair was worse than the first! Went to another Eye Care and found out America's Best charged for things that they didn't do. No scratch resistance, cheap lenses, and no polarization on the sun glasses. Also said they'd never seen such terrible workmanship. Couldn't figure out why the lenses were so foggy. Save your time and money!!
