They gave my sons glasses away or they lost them. Not professional, take your business somewhere else. Been waiting more than a month , I will have to wait more. Their boss made a mistake with my insurance and she told me she would personally call me back, Never did. I had to come in person to hear that they gave away my sons current glasses that just got the lenses changed away to another person. Imagine sorry son be blind at school, the optometrist office gave your glasses away.

I dropped off my glasses at the Lakewood location. I was told they shipped them to the traffic circle location, where I originally purchased them. They told me they couldn’t fix them and they would ship them back to the Traffic Circle location. So, they were shipped following my initial need of having my frames repaired. When I got my glasses, from the Traffic Circle, they were severely scratched on the inside of the right lens.
