This company is ridiculous and very upsetting! After all the money I spent on my mothers glasses and for myself and after not hearing from them after 2 weeks and I had to call them myself to see if my glasses had came in, they had the audacity to tell me that our glasses have been sitting there for a couple of days!!! They blamed it on the notification system that it wasn’t working! Love this location of America's Best. The staff is super friendly and even though I only see them once a year they remember me every time. Superb customer service.
My dad went to try out prescription glasses from them. Everything was fine until he had to come back 2 weeks later to pickup the glasses and he couldn’t see out of them. They basically said too bad and go to your doctor. No refund. They just stole $700
I came in after ruining my current prescription sunglasses & everyone took such good care of me. I got great deals on 2 eye glasses & 1 pair of Ray Ban sunglasses ! It was a great birthday present
