After my eye exam and ordering my glasses I was told to take 2 weeks to receive them. It's now been over 3 weeks and I've called multiple times and all I ever get is the excuse of they've been shipped. They never offer any tracking information and they have absolutely no idea what they're doing regarding where my glasses are. I will be going to the store to cancel my order absolutely do not waste your time the money you save is not worth it

Came here to get an updated prescription. Showed up 30 minutes early so didn’t even expect to get helped yet. Was greeted by Keely who got me checked in and my eye exam going immediately regardless. I’m very happy with the pricing and they got me in and out quick. Drove 45 minutes to come here but it was so worth it. Thank you!
Horrible service! Never going back there. I ordered two prescriptions sunglasses. I received a txt msg to pick up my glasses. When I went in the store my glasses were not ready. I went back the second time there were issue both with sunglasses. I went back 3rd time the frame on my sunglasses were uneven. I spoke to supervisor and a women by the Cathy , very rude they did not resolve anything. I basically bought glasses that dnt fit me well. Very bad customer service 👎🏼👎🏼
