Worst! I was charged for a service I was did not receive. Two weeks I went to pick up my contacts, I ask them about it they said it was over a month. Which the tech that service knew I declined the service.
Not friendly or helpful at all. 2 women in here weren’t excited to help or answer my 2 questions - color options on frames. The one man in here didn’t even acknowledge me. Rude. I walked out - I’ll give my money to a place that wants my business.
I had a great experience at this location. The check-in process and exams were smooth and efficient. Rosie was very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
From the minute we walked through the door Jennifer was so kind and helpful. She had great suggestions for my husband and helped us get a good price. They have a wide selection of frames for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone!
