My appointment was at 11:20. I was pulling in at 11:30. It’s a 10 minute grace period they told me that they couldn’t see me so I would have to reschedule or wait on the 11:40 appointment to see if they show I told them I will wait on the 11:40 appointment the 11:40 appointment didn’t show then all of a sudden they told me that I just had to reschedule they made me wait an wasted my time being a first time customer I was already skeptical of switching my eyeglass place and it’s just put the icing on the cake I will never go ... read more
