Customer Service Lacks and is so inconsistent When you have a Customer Service Representative get short with you and just hang up you kind of wonder why you use them as a service I’ve had some good customer service and I’ve had some really poor These were the first pairs of glasses I bought from America’s best And they will be the last! Quality is so poor So is the communication within staff? And communication with customers
