The worst optical outlet ever literally two minutes ago they told us it was OK to walk in over the phone , we walk in and they say the doctor can’t see us. This optical place sucks and I would not recommend them to anybody. Waste my gas driving over 45 minutes The girl at the front desk is the one that told us that we can walk in and it was OK for us to still come for our optical appointment and she is the same one that said that we couldn’t be seen by the doctor so she’s a liar
Erica, Abby and the rest of the staff at this location are amazing ! They treated me so well and were so pleasant to talk to. I love coming here. Erica helped me check out everything and gave me a wonderful breakdown of what my insurance covers and what I purchased. I am very happy with the ladies here and how I was treated.
This was my annual exam and I was leary because I always struggle to find glasses to fit my big head lol.well Erica came thru in a major way and I'm excited to get my new glasses...her customer service is A1 and felt great to just have good conversation throughout the process
